Diabetes Conference Coming to Nashville September 8th!

Making the Connection (MTC) and the Taking Control of Your Diabetes (TCOYD) a San Diego based non-profit is bringing their life-changing conference experience to Nashville!

For those of you who aren’t yet familiar with the Taking Control Of Your Diabetes Conference & Health Fair, here’s what they have to offer your patients with diabetes:

The registration fee for the CME program MTC (Making the Connection) is $50. The registration fee for the patient program TCOYD (Taking Control of Your Diabetes) is $20. REGISTER BY AUGUST 29TH TO AVOID THE PRICE INCREASE!
