On December 15th, Governor Haslam announced that he had created a plan called “Insure Tennessee” that would use federal money to help 200,000 Tennesseans gain access to health care. Since then, there’s been a lot of confusion about what exactly Insure Tennessee will do — do you have to have a job to qualify?
